Spam Muffins
You won't find this at any fast food drive-through. But it is goooood. For this recipe you need some canned spam, english muffin, and eggs. One important thing is you need to get one of those plastic egg cup cookers. I have one that the lid closes done and it cooks two single eggs at a time. With mine I just microwave the two eggs for 1 minute and twenty seconds. Toast the english muffin and add the cooked egg. Cut the Spam into slices and heat them in the microwave as well for about 60 seconds. Assemble the toasted english muffin, egg, and spam into a sandwich, add a little salt an pepper, and serve.
